Top quality CCTV cameras monitored 24/7 with security fencing and lighting. Each unit is secured with a High Security Padlock in a Lockbox.

The site is easily accessible through our mobile key fob linked electric security gate which can be opened without leaving your vehicle.

You can drive right up to your unit door which are all clean, weatherproof, and well-maintained.

Convenient Access

Located just off the A47 along the Downham Road adjacent to the Swaffham Raceway the site has excellent access allowing you to enter the site and drive right up to your unit.

The Units themselves have large doors, 2.95m wide and 2.6m tall allowing good vehicular and trailer access, with large turning areas.

To meet the needs of different customers we have

Small units are 850 sqft

Medium Units 1,300 sqft

Large Units 2,150 sqft

Unit Details

The Small unit are 9m wide and 8.8m deep

Medium Units are 9m wide and 13.4m deep

Large Units are 9m wide and 22.2m deep

All access doors are 2.95m wide and 2.6m tall allowing great access for vehicles, trailers and equipment as well as your other goods.

Each unit has its own electricity supply providing LED lighting and a pair of 13 amp power sockets. Modest electricity usage is included in the unit price, excessive usage will be charged extra at cost.

We provide High Security Padlocks for each unit which fit inside the lock boxes on each door.

Please note the units are for storage only and can not be used as workshops

Unit Pricing

The Units are let on a minimum 3 month initial Term and then just a months notice beyond that time.

We require a Deposit of a months rent - returnable at the end of the lease when the unit is returned in good and empty condition.

Rent is payable monthly in advance.

Small Unit Rent £300 per month

Medium Units £450 per month
